Proclaim is Extraordinary Lutheran Ministries’ (ELM) professional community for Lutheran ministers and candidates who publicly identify as LGBTQIA+.
It’s only since 2009 that the doors have been open to ordain publicly-out and partnered LGBTQIA+ leaders in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and now Proclaim is now nearing 300 members!
