Proclaim Pulpit Supply

 Proclaim is the professional community for publicly identified LGBTQIA+ Lutheran rostered leaders, seminarians and candidates.

Proclaim members who are currently awaiting call, seminarians, and those in-between calls or in a non-congregational call are ready to share the Gospel with your community.

If you would like a Proclaim member to supply for your ministry then please contact our Communications Team via email at comms@elm.org.

In your email please include the following information about your request:

1. The location, date, and time of supply needed, and in particular if you are looking for someone in a particular geographic location?

2. If you prefer the person to be able to preside and/or preach?

3. What is the supply preacher stipend offered?

4. Anything you think it would be important for an LGBTQIA+ pulpit supply person to know about your congregation ahead of time?

5. The contact information for who(m)ever would receive those interested

Some of those details you have already given me but it’s helpful to have it all together. Lastly, we will publish that ask to our Proclaim community (queer seminarians and rostered leaders) and will instruct those interested to reach out personally.

The nature of our list does not allow us to serve as emergency supply.

Please allow two weeks at a minimum to book with our Proclaim members.
