ELM Roster and Affiliates
ELM maintains a roster of seminarians, clergy and rostered church ministries, who are qualified in every way for service in the church. What separates this roster from those maintained by the ELCA is the commitment that ELM rostered members have made to principled non-compliance with policies of compulsory celibacy for non-heterosexual clergy and rostered leaders in Lutheran churches around the world. In addition to serving as a resource to congregations and communities seeking to open their search processes to the widest range of qualified candidates, the ELMroster is also a community of collegial support and solidarity for its members.
